L8437 So if I wanted to switch over to graphene, I obviously want to back up contact, messages, WhatsApp ,photos etc to restore after flashing graphene. Is there anything people likely forget about such as browser book marks etc
Dumdum L8437 Locally stored passwords (such as in Keepass) 2FA tokens Locally stored app data (such as subscriptions in NewPipe)
MarsTrue I check apps one by one to see if they have backup options in settings. Also I take screenshots of the homescreen and app drawer. I do take frequent backups but I tend to only restore what I actually use. I find that a lot of apps and files are really not necessary and they only slow it down in the device.
[deleted] Before changing operating systems, I suggest first checking if you can export your subscription data, which is usually saved in a .json file format. It's also a good idea to explore backup options within your apps. Lastly, remember to back up any locally stored photos and other data to a PC or USB drive.
