Issues Installing Signal APK

Hi all,

I installed Signal through Aurora, and after reading a thread here where it was stated that Signal should only be downloaded through Google Play or directly from their website, I uninstalled Signal and downloaded the apk. When trying to install it, I receive the following error: 'App not installed as package, appears to be invalid'. How should I proceed? I am running GrapheneOS (latest stable release) on Google PIxel 8 Pro.

n2gwtl I found that if you have an app installed in a user profile before you install it in an Owner profile I would get that error. Have you by a chance done that?

Yes, I also have it installed in a user profile with google play services installed. I wanted to move it to the Owner profile and try it out without gps.
