Apple's Find My has two modes: Send an audible ping to your phone, or view its location on a map. Not sure if there is an easier way, but I've set up the first ping method using KDEConnect which allows you to ping/ring your phone from another device. Normally it only works if both are devices are on the same network, but you can get around this by also using Tailscale or Zerotier so all your devices think they are on the same local network even when they aren't. The good thing about this method is that it will always make make a loud ping, even when your phone is on silent or do not disturb, when simply calling your phone number to make it ring it would not work. I no longer have this setup though because I never really used it.
If you want to remotely see your phone's location on a map though, I have heard of Nextcloud apps that do this such as PhoneTrack, but I've never tried them personally.
