Emirates Skywards app

installed ver.11.15.4 via aurora store

I'm unable to login to my skywards account despite repeated attempts. I have enabled exploit protection mode and all permissions to no avail. The app is installed on secondary profile which includes all related play services.

I'd appreciate if someone can confirm if the app works on their GOS device.

Have you already tried logging into your Skywards account via the browser instead of the app?

Affirmative, log-in via vanadium works. And the app is installed/works on separate android tab which I use when traveling. I logged out of it in case simultaneous device/log-in access restrictions are in place, but that didn't work either.

Since I don't know the specific app, I can't give you any direct advice, sorry. What else comes to mind:

How exactly does the error manifest - do you get an error message, does the app crash? Have you looked at the log files, maybe there you can find a hint? (long press Emirates Skywards icon App info> View logs)

Somewhat trivial, but just to be sure: Does the app have internet access? (App info> Permissions> Allow> Network)

Are you using VPN/Tor, which could trigger Emirates?

update: happy to report that Emirates app ver 11.18.1 (8537) is installed and working flawlessly on GOS (2024060500).
