Graphite all I will say is Tasker used with adb and/or plugins opens up attack surface. The whole point of the OS and project as a whole is harm reduction and vulnerability restriction.
Tasker is a risk, ADB is a risk, installing apps is a risk, granting any app permissions or escalated privileges is a risk. We will only and can only advise reducing it.
However it is your device to use as you wish and only you can determine if that risk is worth taking.
indiDing I think the risk is not tasker itself, but rather that any app could trigger task to do any things ...?
Just read this to see how Tasker, ADB and Termux could have been exploited: https://termux.dev/en/posts/general/2022/02/15/termux-apps-vulnerability-disclosures.html
Exploits can only be fixed once found or once used.
You may use it without issue I don't know your threat model etc, it's your prerogative.
I do hope this doesn't come across in anyway as holier than thou or high church. Just want to ensure others who visit and find the thread understand the position.
