Figured I'd try to start a discussion amongst any extreme privacy/security enthusiasts here. By "extreme," I mean using alias names everywhere, having your phone/service in an alias name, owning a home/car that isn't tied to your name, putting your phone in a faraday bag within 5-10mi of your home anytime you leave the house and come back, etc.
Doesn't have to be all of that criteria, but just extreme users in general. On my phone, I personally only use Signal, Sudo, ProtonMail, ProtonVPN, and a music app, where all of my music is put on my phone via USB-C drive. My phone typically doesn't enter my home and I usually put it in a faraday bag at a certain location on my way home from wherever. That's about all the apps I have on the phone (and I almost never use the music app anyway since I have another device just for music in the car via wired connection). My goal is to make the phone as boring as possible so that I use it less and live in the real world more often.
Regarding my "extreme" privacy methods, I just do it for fun, to be honest. I don't bring it up much since people automatically assume, "this person is a nut," but it's not like that at all. Once I have an interest, I put 100% into it and run a mile with it. The current obsession, being privacy, haha. Anyway, again, what app(s) do you put on your phone and how do you use your device?
