Hello everyone,

A friend convinced me of GarpheneOS and set it up on my Pixel 5 (Build number: 2024022300). Unfortunately, I have no idea about it myself. Everything works pretty well. However, there is a problem that I can't solve and neither can my buddy. I hope that someone can help me here.

When I connect to the WLAN at my university, there are authentication problems. This is only the case there. Otherwise, I can log into the WLAN anywhere without any problems. However, at the university I not only have to enter a password but also a Identity and I have various options to choose from. I've already tried them all. In many cases, connecting is grayed out anyway. The only thing that worked was when I selected PWD under EAP Method. This allowed me to connect, but then the mentioned authentication problem occurred. I have attached screenshots of my attempts for better understanding.

I would be happy if someone could help me further.

bastiwelle My guess is that the issue is because you didn't install their certificate?

I found setup instructions here: https://www.uni-bielefeld.de/einrichtungen/bits/services/infra/wlan/anleitung/wlan-unter-android-einrichten/index.xml, so after installing the certificate, you should be able to use the configuration options in the screenshot there and hopefully it'll work then.
