I just installed grapheneos today and I added a new user so i can install select apps in isolation from my other apps. When I try to open the messaging app a warning comes up that says "this app isn't allowed by the device owner". I cannot figure out anyway to allow this user access. Where do I find a way to allow this? The messaging app works without issue on my main user.
