Hello,
I've troubles accessing my LAN through IP addresses. Eg. using the "Vernet" app to scan for devices/open ports on my LAN. My GOS phone has the IP 10.0.0.x, but Vernet scans the LAN by 10.111.x.x.
Even if I disable VPN I can't seem to get Vernet working. Vernet works well on another non-GOS phone in the same LAN, same settings, same VPN etc.
Futhermore, that's a technical question. I've read that Android is not "able" to access LAN when VPN is always on and in lockdown mode. What's the reason behind that? I understand that if there is no VPN connection, that the system does not know how to connect to something in lockdown mode, as obviously, there is no connection at all. But why isn't the system able to connect to any LAN address, if there is an actual established connnection?
eg. using LocalSend, I've to disable lockdown mode, to get it work. But why, there's a connection, no reason to "lock down"...?
Thank you for any advice.
