Is GrapheneOS for me if privacy isn't my main concern?

So I've kinda fell down the rabbit hole of the whole privacy problem with big tech companies like google and amazon etc. Which led me to finding grapheneOS (It has consumed my thoughts this weekend lol). I will admit that I am not that concerned for my own privacy but I definitely see why it is becoming a problem. I do like that idea of google not know everything I do on my phone thanks to grapheneOS.

I also agree with the phone dumbphone movement since social media can be toxic and bad for your health if used in excess and I am a fan of digital minimalism for a simpler/stress free lifestyle.

Does anyone here use grapheneOS as a way to simplify life digitally without committing to using an actual dumbphone? For me the main appeal is a distraction-less/simple/no-nosense OS (that you can add back some 'distractions' I you need to) that just happens to have amazing privacy and security. I already have a pixel 7 so I wouldn't have to get a new phone. And I already don't use social media other that reddit or facebook messenger (which can both be done on a computer).

PDF viewer, attention app, app updater, camera, gallery, photo editor, SMS, dialer, file explorer, contacts, clock, calculator, and a web browser

That's pretty good compared to stock OSes that install Candy Crush and Facebook by default on your phone.

You could easily have this scenario by just not installing anything else

Yes..... kind of.

I think the world would be so much better if a substatial number of people pursued any of the several options that enable people to break free of Google/Apple/Microsoft/Facebook/whatever. Even if a person feels he individually has no privacy concerns, you're helping protect the rest of us who do have such concerns when you refuse to feed The Beast. The less information they can devour, the harder it is for them to degrade the privacy of everyone.
