I'm a new GOS user.
After 10 minutes (exactly) of my Pixel 6 being connected to my Win10 machine, File transfer mode simply stops working.
To re-enable it, I have to go into Settings > Connected devices > USB and toggle Use USB for to No data transfer and then back to File Transfer. Then it usually* works. Disconnect/reconnect the USB cable also works.
*Sometimes (about every 12 hours) the USB option completely disappears from the Connected devices menu. To restore it, the phone must be rebooted. Not even disconnect/reconnect USB cable works.
I'm thinking this might have something to do with a default setting I haven't seen on the phone yet. Or maybe Developer options, which I haven't adjusted any settings yet, but is enabled.
Any ideas?
Edit I've tried 3 different known-good cables.
