Some apps won't start background activities even after a restart

I got a problem with a pair of apps (Aniyomi, Droid-fy, etc.) where their background activities (such as checking new episodes or sync f-droid repos) won't launch even if GrapheneOS is restarted and both apps are launched once.
Strangely it doesn't occur on other apps I've installed (eg. Obtainium) where secondary tasks work as expected.

If you need more information, please tell me what logs should I pull from and what can I do to solve my issue.

I did more testing: for some reason, apps who got cleared data are now able to keep tasks alive (eg. Aurora Store which couldn't keep the session alive for an hour and now it can for days)

cdflasdkesalkjfkdfkjsdajfd Aurora Store still targets Android 13 according to App Manager, so some conditions read on that doc won't account. Gonna test some more apps
