Flashing Factory Images error message

I'm at Obtaining factory images, and got the message: Downloaded panther-factory-2024020500.zip...

Then I clicked Flashing factory images and I get an error message: Error: You need to download a release first!

I'm redownloading factory images. Any suggestions?

I'm using the Google Chrome browser.
