Unable to Fetch List of Updates

Lately when my Graphene OS tries to fetch list of updates it gives and error that it is unable to fetch list of updates. I thought it was DNS related on adguard (which I had as my default) but this continues when I've tried setting DNS back to my main gateway address of 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1
I am using the quad 9 DNS servers of 9.9.9.11, 149.112.112.11 as my WAN dns on my local network which is pretty much the only place it will try to update.
Any ways I can try to test this? I guess I could set it to try to update all apps over mobile I would assume but not sure how to manually update just apps and not the whole OS.

PercussionGuy33 First, make sure the Apps app has permission to access the network.

If it already has network the network permission granted, try copying and pasting the URL I pasted below in Vanadium. What do you see? If you see an error, it might be helpful in determining what exactly is causing this problem.

PercussionGuy33 this is the metadata that Apps loads. If you can get this, then there's no connection problem.

Are you sure the Apps app isn't just complaining that it can't fetch stuff when starting up the profile? I use a VPN and I get this notification often, but Apps works fine when my profile is running for a long time.

What happens when you have the Apps app open and you pull down the list to refresh? Do you see an error?

Well I keep my phone on the same profile all the time and I know I don't switch back and forth between a normal connection and a VPN or a mobile network and my home network. 90% of time I'm on my home network and this error always happens at home. If I pull down the list of apps and nothing happens (but maybe I'm doing that wrong? Idk...). So even you get this error? I'm not sure I would get it if my network connections appear more or less stable and my profile definitely is. If nothing is malfunctioning then can I shut this message up and expect apps to update? Can I confirm they're updating somehow?
