Pixel 6a Graphene stuck at start/boot with logo

Hey guys,
I NEED your help.

Got a pixel 6a and flashed the Grapheneos as described via the official webinstaller.
All good, GOS successfully installed.
Unfortunately it seems really buggy. Even the system settings crashed and I got some error message.(made screenshots but they are not available hence I can't get it started again).
I put it beside and left it some days to give it a new try later. BUT then, when I ve tried to start/boot the phone it always stucked with the Graphene Logo and nothing more happend.

I have tried all mentioned here:

but since my bootloader is locked again, like suggested at the end of the webinstaller, I can't get it to do anything. Even not the re-flash, nor the android wipe with a stock OS because bootloader is locked.

I restarted it several times, with the power+vol down combo (super annoying while waiting 60 seconds and again and again and again)

How to unlock the bootloader without getting access to the phone menu again?

Or maybe something else work?
Its like having no internet connection and the only option is: go ONLINE to our website and get intouch with our support...

NSOTB Suggest: hold down power button -- only -- for 90 seconds to turn it off, then connect to charger overnight. Then can you get into bootloader (Fastboit) via down+power? Do not select "Start"! Report what happens (either way), turn it off again (volume buttons to select "power off").

New "fun fact" :
Its not possible to power off.
It reboots everytime again.
Even when in fastboot menu choosed "shut down" .it buzzes shuts down and restarts again. Google Logo than Graphene Logo. Stucked again.

Using the power off button only, same behaviour.

@NSOTB I'd try one of the following

try safe mode and if you can boot to safe mode, enable bootloader unlocking
try sideloading

Did you play with the phone before flashing GrapheneOS? Did it work fine?

Tbh none of this really worked since I wasnt able either to proceed the safe mode, just didn't work for me, nor the sideload. Installed the sdk developer tools but within my cmd command line my devices wasnt shown. BUT under your recommended recovery mode I found the Option to wipe all and this did it.
Graphene starts normal, I went through the whole process again, to have a fresh grapheneos but unfortunately I still have the same system app crash like last time. Its not every time and until now the phone seems to work but I still wondering why this happening. Made a picture from the crash log.
By the way, I bought the 6a as a refurbished one and never tried its original google pixel android OS. So not sure if the phone was acting correctly. I might reflash the stock OS but don't want to get addicred to that fancy google stuff...thats why we want graphene :)
But yes, its an Option. I can easily return the phone to the seller since I have 1 year warranty. But 290 euros was a quite tempting price though ...

A damn...just tried to copy the error log from the settings via vanadium (just typing now with my old phone) and vanadium crashed also. Seems to be a bigger problem.

Type: crash ....

Signal 6 (SIGABRT) code -1, (SI_Queue), fault addr
Abort message: GrContext is abandoned/device lost at start of CanvasContext::draw

And alot of Code....

After a restart it stucks again with the graphene logo. Fu#$!

So weired. I wiped all again in the recovery mode and did not reinstall the OS. Now it seems to work. No crash and restart has a normal behaviour... Hmmm considering to buy a new pixel 7a instead.

@NSOTB what you're describing doesn't sound normal at all. If it continues to act abnormally, then maybe you might consider replacing it with a different phone.
