Do I download the ARM or ARM64 apps?

I have a pixel 7a and I'm trying to download an apk directly from the website but am unsure whether ARM or ARM64 is the correct choice. Sorry for such a simple question I couldn't find the answer through searching

If the alternative is 64, the "normal" one is 32bit which is way less secure.

You may also see ARMv8 version which is also 64bit
