As mentioned can use adb shell pm uninstall command to remove the browser from a user profile. Generally we advise against people using adb as it opens a big security hole if your PC is compromised.

Could also use a MDM app or parental control app which uses the device admin functionality MDM apps use.

Device admin lets an app set device policy for the device. This is normally done remotely via a service the app developer runs.

You will need to use ADB to install it, but it provides advanced features such as blocking installation of apps and blocking usage of apps.

I've used 'pm uninstall' for years on Samsung phones that can't be properly de-Googled. But, eventually, all the cruft seems to come back, for reasons that are not clear to me.

In what circumstances would Graphene restore the visibility of uninstalled apps? For example, would installing an OTA update do it?
