[deleted] Sweet ya I will definitely do that, although I like editing photos on the phone itself and always switch color back on then forget after but helps a bit. I found best route for me is just remove all distracting apps including email, browser, social media apps etc, and just leave the phone bare bones with Signal, Music app, Organic Maps, Camera, Photos, Calendar, Reminders, Nextcloud and basically just use it as a tool. Found that not having a browser on the phone is actually a huge benefit not feeling the need to look something up when I don't know it, if it's important just toss it in reminders and look it up when home rather than pulling the phone out with other people. Found it's not very necessary if you come prepared with map destinations, tickets pre-loaded etc. Will try the advice of removing the browser and think I should be in a good spot to have like max an hour or two on the phone a day and more time for other activities. Will try the ADB thing listed to remove the browser and think the life rewards outweigh the security risks in my case with doing ADB, I don't fully understand the implications but would I assume that removing the browser via ABD doesn't open up a ton of new security implications? Or that could be wrong?
