I purchased a used Pixel 7 Pro recently and tried to install Graphene OS tonight I run Ubuntu on my computer which seemed to cause issues. I first tried on Brave with the web installer and it wouldn't recognize anything at all. So I tried installing Chrome. There it let me unlock the boot loader, but every time I tried downloading the factory images and it kept telling USB access was denied. I tried digging around the forums and saw something mention that it was possible to do the install from Lineage OS so I tired that. There I was able to download and flash the image, but it didn't want to give me the option to lock the boot loader again. I tried flashing the image couple times to make sure it was working properly and every time it would load and restart the phone to the boot loader, but it still didn't let me lock the boot loader again. After trying this a few times and refreshing my browser on the Lineage device it finally let lock the boot loader and boot the phone. But it booted to the Google startup screen and then just got stuck there. I can't seem to get past it. Pressing the power buttons and volume buttons do nothing. I'm assuming flashing the image didn't work properly but it did enough to wipe Google off the phone. Is there anything I can do to get around this? The best thing I can think is wait for the battery to die and see if I can get back into the boot loader when the phone is recharged and powered back on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
