I have been carefully limiting access to Mobile Data for my apps but I notice that an app called "Android OS" appears to be consistently consuming a few hundred kilobytes each time I reboot.
It might be periodically consuming data and I just notice on reboot, I'm not sure.
Anyone know how I can stop this? It's not an app you pick in the app list (where you just click into App Permissions and then toggle background data off) and I haven't noticed any menus that allow me to restrict data on this or other "system apps".
Thanks
