glasairmell a couple of things that you can try:
Verify mobile data is on by doing the following while logged in to the owner profile: swipe down from the top of your phone's screen so you see the quick settings tiles, then tap the "Internet" tile, then if you see mobile data, can you toggle it on?
Or you can try resetting your mobile network settings in the owner profile here: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Mobile Network Settings
