How to customize share menu?

Hi all,
When using the share menu (e.g. sharing link from Vanadium) the menu proposes to share with some contacts via Signal app. Also it lists a couple of apps.

I didn't figured out how to customize the share menu or at least clear the proposed contacts. Searching the web just provided instructions that seem to be not applicable for AOSP/GOS.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot in advance!

Yep, the notoriously bad "direct share" menu. Whoever came up with that, and whoever approved it, both deserve to be fired. As far as I can tell, the only way to clear those items is to beg the application developer to add a toggle to disable that behavior.

I just figured out that disabling and then enabling again the Signal app clears the proposed contacts.
If there are further/better options I would be happy to know.
