Hello, I bought a pixel 6a today, I would like to know if it is legal to install grapheneos and if normal Android is still well protected?

Yes and yes.
You can revert back to the stock os later. Procedure is explained on the "install" page on website.

[deleted] It's completely legal and also doesn't void the standard Google Store warranty.
