Which OS do you run on your PC/laptop

I've made the switch to GrapheneOS, first on a Pixel 5a 5g, now on a Pixel 8.

This level of privacy and security has made me re-think my OS choice on my Thinkpad and PC. I've run Ubuntu for a number of years but am considering making the switch to something like Qubes OS, Arch, Gentoo, or even OpenBSD.

Do use any of those, or maybe something else? Why?
