How can i shut this off?

yourmother never heard of this happening. Can you describe this notification? Like is it a normal notification? What happens when you long press it? Can you see which app is posting this notification?

its the same notification + buzz + screen lights up when you put you power cable into your phone.
And no my cable is fine.

yourmother he asked you which app the notification is coming from, so that you can locate it and silence it. It says it on the top of the notification.

i can silent it when i turn off sound en vibrate completely... pff i don't want that.

        yourmother oh. That's strange.

It could be a hardware issue, so it doesn't necessarily have to be the cable.

I suppose one quick way to test if it's a software issue would be to power off the phone completely, plug in the charger, wait for the percentage to show up and then for the screen to go black. Wait for a while and see if you can observe the phone lighting up then too. If so, I'd expect it's a hardware, not a software, issue.

Check for fluff in the charging port. Use a wooden cocktail stick. It may just be a coincidence that it’s every percentage point, and rather a bad connection. Same type of thing happens: it just keeps thinking it’s being put to charge over and over again due to a bad connection.

so i made this topic in 2 months ago and tried different cables and adapters but this didn't resolve the problem.
The phone still give the same notification + buzz + screen lights up every minute or so if its like when you put you power cable into your phone every minute..

But now i noticed that it only does this when the battery is under 10%.
When its 11% or more its stops with giving notification/buzz every minute.
And charging just goes on without any problems.

i find it strange that i the only one that experience this.
There is no software setting that i accidentally have activated that causes this?

yourmother i find it strange that i the only one that experience this.

I think there is a very faint chance that there is an unusual configuration or some unusual software installed. Though inconvenient because it would delete all of your data, this could be tested for via a factory reset or flashing back to the stock Google OS.

In the other direction, I suspect there is a very high likelihood that there is a hardware problem in the battery or the charge controller.

By the way, running the battery down below 10% might reduce its lifespan.

I have the exact same issue been doing it for 6 months... S23 ultra
