The web installer page states the following:
The GrapheneOS factory images flash a non-stock Android Verified Boot key which needs to be erased
to fully revert back to a stock device state. Before flashing the stock factory images and before locking
the bootloader, you should erase the custom Android Verified Boot key to untrust it
Now, the web installer does not work for me but fails to detect the device for me. I am running Ubuntu 20.04 and have tried with both Chromium and the official Chrome build as well. As such, I cannot remove the "non-stock boot key" via the site. I have not been able to find any documentation on how to remove this manually in any place on the website. If I have missed it, please direct me towards it.
I guess I have a question and a request.
Will flashing the phone with a stock rom (via the provided flash-all script) be sufficient to remove the "non-stock boot key"?
If yes, could you please add this to the website (if not already present)
If no, what would the manual process then be? And could you please add this to the website (if not already present)?
Regards.
