Rethink DNS firewall Tampered With

Hi all,

My phone was switched off this morning, and I just now powered it on, logged into my account and for some reason could not get Newpipe to go online.

So I opened the Rethink app and checked the firewall, Newpipe which always has access to the internet via Rethink had the WiFi and mobile connections disabled, on top of that a bunch of system apps were granted permission to access the WiFi - even though I'm only on mobile data with this GOS phone.

Any input or advice would be immensely appreciated!

You must have "block newly installed apps by default" enabled. This can happen when apps get updated, the updated version is seen as a new app and so it gets blocked from accessing internet. This can happen automatically. I keep this setting disabled for this very reason, I can't justify using it because there's so many false positives.

The system apps thing, probably due to the same or similar reason. What I can say is, you most likely don't have to worry about your Rethink app being tampered with.

When you say "disabled", do you mean they were striked-out in red colour?

What you're describing looks like a database issue.

Did you recently update the OS of your phone or the app?
Has this happened just once or has happened repeatedly? Like say once every few hours, or everytime after you install or uninstall any app.
