Mysudol tips & tricks

Wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks for using mysudo. I love it except it takes quite a few actions to open it and find contact and then dial in it. I haven't found a way to have some sort of list of favourites. Or somehow how create short cut or link on home screen for favorite numbers.

If anyone has knowledge of this or any other little secrets would love to hear. Not much out there on this.

Did you create your account on Graphene or did you create the account on a secondary device and transfer it to Graphene?

[deleted] I know your question wasn't directed to me but I'll answer it.

I initially created my account on my old Galaxy 10.When I got my P8P, I transferred it across to the Pixel. It took a bit of work because it wouldn't work for a while. Eventually, as I fiddled about, I managed to get it to work.

I don't have a phone number with it (only emails) because I don't live in the USA. The payment method for purchasing a Mysudo number is through Google pay - which I'm not going to go through because it identifies me. I'm looking at Silent Link, flynumber and voip.ms as alternatives for use in my authoritarian country.

If you come up with a way to port existing mobile numbers to voip so that they can work with a data-only plan, do tell! I also live in .au and we can only dream about the stuff Michael Bazzell talked about in his podcast or describes in the books... I've often wondered if anyone in .au has ever been able to enact even a fraction of what he describes.

Jobloggs Yea I was asking them because there are some considerations to be had regarding data purging of texts/call logs (specifically if running a VPN).

Burner Google account, Google playcard purchased in-store with cash (keep the receipt incase you hit fraud prevention).

Google Voice. Unfortunately MySudo won't port outside of the US. Either forward it (your old SIM that is now a VOIP) to your new VOIP or set it up to transcribe messages and email forward to you.

Or research other VOIP providers.

You can still take alot of steps to better your privacy and security even in your not so friendly aussie land.
