No audio and no vibration in any application

Hello everyone,

I had an audio issue recently exactly as described in here [1]. It seems to have happened to quite a few people and some have managed to recover their phones by bending them [2]. This sadly didn't work for me, or maybe I am just afraid to break the phone. That leads me to think, maybe this issue was caused by an updated or a mix of an update and a hardware issue? I would love to know where to start debugging this.

Would anyone have a solution apart from bending the phone?

StrictlyProfessional What is described is a hardware-only problem. The only relationship to a system update is that, according to the description, the issue comes and goes at the moment of a reboot, and a system update involves a reboot.

Unfortunately, if your device does have this issue it will likely be necessary to replace it.
