Is the hadware security of macbooks with m1, m2 or m3 comparable with a chromebook plus with the Titan C2 ?

¿The security of the software is comparable with Chrome OS or Qube OS?

Is the level and isolation of users on MacBooks is comparable with chromebooks ? (I think that each user occupies a different storage space on MacOs, which must be why files located in other users cannot be accessed)

UUhh, MacOS is the same privacy nightmare as Google, FB, MS and Amazon.
I installed FreeBSD on old MB Pro (M1)

Since MacOS is a UNIX OS (descended from FreeBSD), user and file rights correspond to the File System Hierarchy Standard (FHS). Similar to GOS, there is HardenedBSD a security-enhanced fork of FreeBSD.

I can't comment on the hardware security of Apple chips. I'll build my next workstation from open hardware such as Raptor Computing Systems' Talos II

Apple security is pretty renowned, certainly with their own silicon implementations. Privacy is something else. I think they’re pretty good if you are looking for privacy, but you must concede to Apple for it. This is less an issue with macOS than iOS, but still. It’s closed source for the most part, and you can’t truly make the os your own. It compares or betters chromeOS in my opinion for security. Betters it for privacy. But neither are anything compared to qubes. Or gos.
