How quickly share files to pc?

On my laptop i use syncthing to sync files from my phone, but when i have to quickly copy a file to my college pc thats not an option.
Previosuly i used whatsapp web to copy files, now that i completely stopped using watsapp what are the possibile options i have? Dont want to upload to some random website and type the url in the college pc to download it.

W1zardK1ng I either use Nextcloud or I use a USB drive + the USB C adapter that came with my phone to move files.

I use total commander on the phone and a browser on the other end, as long as they are in the same network its fast and easy sharing without cables.

Proton drive or other cloud service and share via link. You can set a password and an expiration date, too.

thanks for the suggestions, but i was speaking about sharing to my college systems.
i cant connect any usb deives and it will be on different network so dont have that file share option also.
Proton drive files share links are too lengthy to type on manually, my passwords are autotgenrated via keepass so very annoying to type it manually to login to proton account..

To my knowldge signal dont have a web version of it like whatsapp, i cant install the signal client on th college systems.
I was looking for something as easy as whatsapp web, just scan a qr code and files are ready to on the pc.

KDE Connect is a great option, but you need to install it on the pc too. You could also use Pairdrop over a local network. https://pairdrop.net
