Options for sending full quality video/pictures

What do you guys use to send full quality media? For quick sends I use SMS and Signal but they compress the quality. Right now my only workaround is uploading to Proton Drive and sending through there.

A Send instance, perhaps? You can just use the main one, unless you need to transfer more than 2.5GB in which case you can pick from the list of instances.

Likea does Signal still compress/reduce quality if you have "Sent media quality" in the "Data and storage" set to "High" instead of "Standard"? I was never sure, as they don't make it clear in the settings, but I suspected it might since there is no "lossless" option.

Likea wormhole or qrserve are cool apps to send anything. Multiple files are put into a zip file
